Mahoning County Public Health and Youngstown City Health District have recently completed their Community Health Improvement Plan, in collaboration with the Vibrant Valley Health Equity Initiative and local partners. This Plan will guide community health efforts over the next three years.

We want your input! Drop in anytime from 1-7pm on Thursday, February 9, 2023. Brief presentations about the CHIP will occur at 3pm and 6pm, but you are welcome to stop by whenever you are available. RSVP on Eventbrite to hold your spot and for more information.

Open House: We are holding this open house in order to share our priorities and strategies for community health improvement. We'll also discuss opportunities for you to get involved to shape the future of health equity in our community.

Resource Fair: CHIP partner organizations will also hold a resource fair, where you can learn more about existing collaborations, community-based organizations, and community programs working to address health inequities. If you're interested in having a table at the resource fair, reach out to jenna@weare.eco.
