The goals of the CHIP Support Cohort are to:
Work with Mahoning County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) priority leads to ensure that strategies are measurable, equity-centered, and targeted toward root causes.
Identify new opportunities for deeper engagement with the issues at the heart of our 3 priorities: mental health & substance use, access to care, and community conditions & safety.
